It’s been a good year. Bought a new home, my wife and I both got new jobs that we really like, and I bought the Mazda6 I’ve wanted since 2013. And I even bought a little old pickup. We’re also officially/unofficially trying for a kid. Here’s to 2016!

Compared to last year, this year seems even more amazing. Last year, I spent a good chunk of time unemployed and depressed beyond belief. This year, I have a good paying job that I actually don’t dread going to every day.

My message is this: If things feel shitty right now, that’s okay. They might be. But! They won’t always be. It gets better.

My year was about the same. Bought a house (moved in Nov 23rd 2014 so I’ll count it as 2015)

Finally bought myself a square body truck

and most important of all I finally managed to plant a successful seed after almost 4 years of trying. Due Feb 18th(on my birthday) 2016.

Outdoor hanging plants are so weird. There’s perfectly good soil right there. My wife loves them so we have a few, but it’s just baffling to me.
